Authorizes issuance of up to $2,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist Yazoo County with repair, renovation, and restoration of the Yazoo County Courthouse.

Creates the "2018 Yazoo County Courthouse Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for courthouse project costs.

Establishes that bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2022, and have a maximum maturity of 25 years from the date of issue.

Pledges the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi to guarantee bond payments, with any deficiencies paid from the State Treasury.

Exempts bonds and their income from all Mississippi state taxation and authorizes the State Bond Commission to manage bond issuance, sale, and administration.
