Restores voting rights to Stanley E. Stubbs of Prentiss County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility to vote due to a burglary/larceny-residential conviction from March 2007.

Stubbs was sentenced to 10 years with 8 years suspended, serving 2 years followed by 5 years probation; he was released from the Department of Corrections on July 21, 2009, and completed probation on April 30, 2009.

Legislature determined that Stubbs is now conducting himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner, warranting restoration of suffrage rights.

Becomes effective upon passage.
