Authorizes the Board of Directors of the Chickasawhay Natural Gas District to expend up to $100,000 annually from its general fund for infrastructure repairs and improvements within the district.

Requires fund distribution to municipalities based on their percentage of square miles within the district: Waynesboro (44.30%), Quitman (39.60%), and Shubuta (16.10%).

Mandates separate accounting of these expenditures from the district's general fund with annual independent certified public accountant audits and written reports to the board.

Specifies that audit expenses shall be paid from the district's general funds and these expenditures are in addition to any other authority granted to the district under law.

Sunsets on July 1, 2020.
