Allows transport of legally purchased unopened bottles or containers of alcoholic beverages on state or federal highways through dry counties, amending Section 67-1-9.

Permits transport of legally purchased light wine and beer in unopened containers on state or federal highways through dry counties, with exceptions for retailers who must have invoices from authorized wholesalers or distributors, amending Sections 67-3-7 and 67-3-13.

Exempts transported beverages from unlawful possession laws that apply to dry counties, provided containers remain unopened and transport occurs on state or federal highways.

Changes references from "State Tax Commission" to "Department of Revenue" in Section 67-1-9.

Becomes effective July 1, 2018.
