Amends Section 77-3-703 to require political calls to be governed by both Section 23-15-875 and the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act.

Expands the definition of "telephone solicitation" in Section 77-3-705 to include calls urging support or opposition for a political candidate running for elective office.

Allows consumers who object to receiving political calls to notify the Public Service Commission and have such calls prohibited, consistent with existing telemarketing protections.

Effective July 1, 2018.
