Amends Section 25-3-92 of Mississippi Code to authorize state agencies to grant administrative leave with pay to employees who are active senior members of the Mississippi Wing of the Civil Air Patrol participating in emergency services.

Administrative leave granted under this provision may not exceed 20 days in any 12-month period.

Employees on such leave are not considered state employees for purposes of workers' compensation or claims against the state under Chapter 46, Title 11 of Mississippi Code.

Authorizes Civil Air Patrol emergency services participation in Mississippi or contiguous states when the Civil Air Patrol requests the employee's participation.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
