Amends Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code of 1972, to require the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include coverage for annual pap smears and annual prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests as part of annual wellness coverage.

Applies to the health insurance plan designed by the board for state employees, which already provides benefits for semiprivate rooms, major medical coverage, and telemedicine services.

Effective upon passage of the bill.
