Requires vehicles operated on public roads, streets, or highways to operate front and rear lamps during sunset to sunrise, whenever windshield wipers are needed, and whenever insufficient light makes a person at 500 feet ahead not clearly discernible.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full front and rear lamps are required.

Establishes a misdemeanor penalty of a fine not to exceed $25.00 for violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
