Increases the maximum fee the State Department of Health may charge community public water system board members for management training from $75.00 to $100.00 per member.

Fee is intended to defray actual costs of providing training materials and instruction, with costs reimbursed to board members as an expense of the water system.

Applies to board members of community public water systems except those operated by municipalities with populations greater than 10,000.

Any fee increase must comply with Section 41-3-65 procedures.

Effective July 1, 2018.
