Requires each local education provider in Mississippi to create and maintain a searchable website database of all expenditures and revenues by July 1, 2019.

Website must include detailed data on all monies received and spent, including entity names, amounts, funding sources, expenditure dates, budget categories, purposes, and credit card statements, in a downloadable and searchable format.

Mandates posting budgeted figures within one week of budget adoption and audited figures within one week of official acceptance, with monthly updates and archived historical data remaining accessible.

Requires posting total expenditures and per-pupil spending figures on the provider's homepage, calculated by subtracting adult education, community services, and preschool expenses from total expenditures and dividing by K-12 average daily attendance.

Applies to all school districts, boards of cooperative services, intermediate school districts, the Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board, and public charter schools.
