Amends Section 37-61-33 of Mississippi Code to require all monies from the Education Enhancement Fund's classroom supply percentage (9.61%) be allocated in full for specified classroom purposes.

Classroom supply funds must be used for supplies, instructional materials, equipment, computers, and software distributed to eligible teachers through procurement cards, and cannot be expended for administrative purposes.

Requires local school districts to submit to the State Department of Education by September 1 each year the number of teachers eligible to receive classroom supply allocations.

Unexpended classroom supply funds carry forward to the next year and are combined with new allocations for redistribution, ensuring no funds are redirected to other purposes.

Effective July 1, 2018.
