Prohibits the Secretary of State from requiring applicants to provide their social security number or any part of it on applications for Mississippi Voter Identification Cards.

Requires that Mississippi Voter Identification Cards shall not display the voter's social security number or any part of it.

Allows registrars to verify voter identity during the application process using photo identification, birth documentation, social security cards, Medicare cards, Medicaid cards, or other acceptable evidence of county residence.

Brings forward Section 23-15-47 (mail-in voter registration procedures) and Section 23-15-563 (voter identification requirements at polling places) for possible amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
