Appropriates $2,250,000 from the State General Fund to the West Bolivar Consolidated School District Board of Trustees for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Funds shall be distributed in equal amounts ($750,000 each) to West Bolivar High School, Shaw High School, and Ray Brooks School.

Monies may be used for repair, renovation, rehabilitation, or replacement of HVAC systems, water and sewer systems, and mold removal from interior surfaces and repair of mold-damaged structures.

State Treasurer shall disburse funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer based on requisitions from appropriate district officials.
