Amends Section 83-11-101 of the Mississippi Code to eliminate the option for insureds to reject uninsured motorist coverage in automobile liability insurance policies.

Removes language allowing named insureds to reject bodily injury and property damage uninsured motorist coverage in writing, making such coverage mandatory rather than optional.

Retains existing minimum coverage limits tied to the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Law, with option for insureds to increase limits up to their policy's liability limits.

Property damage uninsured motorist coverage may maintain a $200 deductible and excludes losses already compensated by other insurance.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
