Amends Mississippi Code Section 67-1-5 to add a new category (item 14) to the definition of "qualified resort area" for purposes of alcoholic beverage sales.

Designates any clubhouse and associated 18-hole golf course located in a municipality traversed by Interstate Highway 55 and U.S. Highway 51 that has voted to come out from under the dry law as a qualified resort area.

Qualified resort areas allow certain establishments like hotels, restaurants, and bed and breakfast inns to obtain permits to sell alcoholic beverages in areas outside incorporated municipalities.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
