Requires all health insurance policies, HMOs, self-insured plans, and managed care entities delivering coverage in Mississippi to provide coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests effective July 1, 2018.

Prohibits insurers from charging individuals additional deductibles or coinsurance for these screenings that exceeds the deductible or coinsurance for similar benefits, or from materially diminishing the value of coverage.

Mandates reimbursement to healthcare providers for pap smears and bone density tests at rates equal to or greater than Medicare (Title XVII of Social Security Act) reimbursement rates.

Allows insurers to require patients to use participating in-network providers when available and accessible; if an out-of-network provider is used, the patient pays no more than they would for in-network services.

Amends the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests.
