Amends Mississippi Code Section 71-3-25 to add new subsection (h) providing workers' compensation death benefits to next-of-kin when no dependents exist.

Establishes that next-of-kin receive fifteen percent (15%) of the deceased worker's wages for each such person when there are no surviving dependents.

Caps aggregate payments to next-of-kin at sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66-2/3%) of the average wages of the deceased, subject to maximum weekly benefit limitations.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
