School districts with one of the three lowest accountability ratings must adopt policies requiring daily homework, reading assignments, writing instruction in manuscript and cursive, minimum five spelling words per subject weekly, and one book per subject monthly with written reports.

Requires parent or guardian participation in at least one school district supportive service such as volunteering at events, serving in Parent Teacher Association, or tutoring.

Mandates school uniforms for students, professional dress for teachers (prohibiting jeans and t-shirts), and limits school holidays to Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Spring Break, and Good Friday with no permanent early release days.

Alternative school programs in low-performing districts must operate minimum eight hours daily and eight hours on Saturdays ("Attitude Adjustment Day") with community volunteers, retired military, and first responders mentoring students.

All school districts must implement a video streaming program with the U.S. Department of Labor to develop career-track curriculum based on the five fastest-growing occupations in Mississippi and twenty fastest-growing nationally over the next five years, with students earning standard high school diplomas.
