Increases the age requirement for felony expunction from 21 to 35 years old for individuals convicted of certain felonies, allowing petition five years after successful completion of sentence.

Maintains eligibility restrictions excluding crimes of violence under Section 97-3-2 and drug distribution-related felonies from expunction eligibility.

Amends Section 21-23-7 to conform municipal court provisions, increasing age for municipal court misdemeanor expunction eligibility from 23 to 35 years old.

Effective date of July 1, 2018.
