Adds paragraph (28) to Mississippi Code Section 43-13-115 to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years old who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare Part A or B, and have income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new paragraph (28) shall receive benchmark or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid shall determine eligibility for individuals covered under paragraph (28).

Implements expansion authorized under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
