Directs the Mississippi Department of Human Services, State Department of Health, and Division of Medicaid to prepare videos covering prenatal health care, sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence education, preventive birth control, marriage education, parenting skills, family preservation, and fatherhood.

Requires distribution of videos to TANF and SNAP recipients ages 13-20 who are pregnant or have children, fathers of their children, Medicaid family planning waiver participants, and Medicaid-provider physicians specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.

Mandates videos be distributed to county health departments, WIC centers, and family resource centers, with copies available to the general public upon request.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
