Amends Section 43-13-115 of the Mississippi Code to expand Medicaid eligibility for children in foster care under state custody.

Children under 18 years old for whom the Department of Human Services has custody and financial responsibility while in foster care are now eligible for Medicaid.

Previously, only children 18 years or older in foster care were explicitly covered; this amendment extends coverage to all foster children regardless of age.

Changes take effect July 1, 2018.
