Direct the Mississippi Department of Human Services, State Department of Health, and Division of Medicaid to prepare videos on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, obesity prevention, and breastfeeding importance for display in benefit offices.

Require applicants and recipients of TANF, SNAP, WIC, and Medicaid benefits to have access to view these videos in agency offices.

Mandate agencies prepare additional videos on prenatal health care, sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence education, birth control, marriage education, parenting skills, family preservation, and fatherhood for distribution to specified recipients and entities.

Distribute secondary videos to pregnant/parenting TANF recipients ages 13-20 and the fathers of their children, Medicaid family planning waiver participants, obstetrics/gynecology providers, county health departments, WIC centers, and family resource centers.

Make all videos available to the public upon request and take effect July 1, 2018.
