Requires the Division of Medicaid to make regular redetermination of eligibility available by mail for all recipient categories.

Prohibits the Division of Medicaid from requiring recipients to participate in in-person, face-to-face meetings or interviews for redetermination of eligibility.

Maintains the requirement that redetermination occur no less frequently than required by federal law.

Effective July 1, 2018.
