Authorizes persons with an enhanced firearms license to carry concealed pistols on public property that is generally open to the public and has security screening at all publicly accessible entrances designed to detect concealed weapons.

Voids any rule, regulation, or policy that limits enhanced carry locations beyond those specified in the law.

Requires security measures including weapon screening devices at each publicly accessible entrance of property where enhanced carry is permitted.

Allows church security program members meeting firearms training and permit requirements to carry firearms for congregation protection and grants them civil liability immunity for actions taken within the scope of their duties.

Establishes that killing in performance of duty as a church security program member constitutes justifiable homicide under Mississippi law.
