Designates the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce as the authorized state agency to cooperate with the FDA and enforce the Produce Safety Rule Program provisions of the Food Safety Modernization Act (21 CFR Part 112) for raw agricultural commodities on farms.

Authorizes the department to accept advisory, technical, laboratory, and financial assistance from the FDA for developing and administering the state produce safety program.

Grants the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce authority to inspect covered farms, secure samples, seize or destroy non-compliant produce, and impose administrative penalties up to $5,000 per violation.

Prohibits any person from impeding, obstructing, or hindering the commissioner or department employees in performing their duties under the program.

Provides that the section will automatically repeal when 21 CFR Part 112 is repealed or when federal funding for the program is no longer provided by the FDA, whichever occurs first.
