Requires all amusement ride operators at the Mississippi State Fair to pass a drug test administered at least five days before the fair's opening date as a condition of employment.

Authorizes the Mississippi Fair Commission to adopt rules and regulations governing drug testing, including allowing ride owners or managers to submit documentation of drug tests conducted by third parties rather than the commission.

Specifies that drug test documentation must include operator names, description of test type, test date, and results.

Places drug test costs on the tested person or ride owner/manager, though the State Fair Commission may elect to pay costs at its discretion.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
