Amends Section 63-7-11 of the Mississippi Code to require vehicle headlights to be operated whenever windshield wipers are necessary due to precipitation or other conditions.

Expands headlight usage requirements to three situations: from sunset to sunrise, whenever windshield wipers are needed, and whenever insufficient light prevents a person from being clearly visible 500 feet ahead.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full headlights are required by law.

Classifies violations as a misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $25.00 upon conviction.

Effective July 1, 2018.
