Increases maximum total workers' compensation recovery from 450 weeks to 520 weeks of benefits, multiplied by 66-2/3% of average weekly state wage.

Removes the 450-week cap on permanent total disability compensation, making it payable to employees until death instead of ending at a fixed duration.

Excludes permanent total disability compensation from the overall maximum recovery limit in Section 71-3-13.

Applies the 520-week maximum to temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, temporary partial disability, and death benefits.

Effective July 1, 2018.
