Reduces the number of poll managers per precinct required to complete online certified poll manager training from two (2) to one (1), effective January 1, 2020.

Transfers compensation payment responsibility for certified poll managers from the Help Mississippi Vote Fund to the Secretary of State.

Maintains the $25.00 annual compensation cap for certified poll managers who successfully complete online training and skills assessment.

Requires at least one (1) certified poll manager to be appointed in each polling place during general elections.

Conforms Section 23-15-169.7 to remove reference to certified poll manager compensation from the Help Mississippi Vote Fund.
