Extends the repeal date of Section 47-7-49, Mississippi Code of 1972, from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2022, allowing the Department of Corrections to continue collecting monthly supervision fees from offenders.

Maintains the requirement that offenders on probation, parole, or field supervision pay $55.00 per month to the department, with $50.00 deposited into the Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers, drug identification programs, and supervision operations.

Allocates $3.00 from each monthly payment to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund and $2.00 to the Training Revolving Fund.

Permits hardship waivers of up to 90 days and limits the collection period to a maximum of 10 years per offender.

Authorizes the court to imprison offenders who are financially able but refuse to make required payments.
