Extends the repeal date of nursing home administrator licensure requirements from July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2021.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements for nursing home administrator licenses, including age (21+), moral character, health status, education/experience, and passage of National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Board (NAB) and state examinations.

Preserves reciprocity provisions for individuals licensed as nursing home administrators in other states, requiring equivalent standards and passage of both NAB and state exams.

Allows exemption from licensure for Department of Mental Health licensees employed as administrators of Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities with no more than 16 beds.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
