Redirects state assessments collected from traffic violations under Title 63 from the State General Fund to designated special funds, effective July 1, 2018.

Allocates $5.45 from traffic violations to the Spinal Cord and Head Injury Trust Fund and $10.00 to the Crisis Intervention Mental Health Fund, with remaining $75.05 going to State General Fund (total $90.50 per violation).

Allocates $25.00 from Implied Consent Law violations to the Spinal Cord and Head Injury Trust Fund, $10.00 to Crisis Intervention Mental Health Fund, and $6.00 to the Statewide Victims' Information and Notification System Fund, with remaining $202.50 to State General Fund (total $243.50 per violation).

Allocates $5.00 from game and fish law violations to the Hunter Education and Training Program Fund and $10.00 to the Crisis Intervention Mental Health Fund, with remaining $74.00 to State General Fund (total $89.00 per violation).

Maintains all speeding, reckless driving, and careless driving assessments in the State General Fund, and preserves existing assessments for railroad crossing violations ($25.00 to Operation Lifesaver Fund) and drug violations ($25.00 to Drug Evidence Disposition Fund).
