Reenacts Mississippi Code sections 69-53-1 through 69-53-7 establishing liability protections and requirements for agritourism professionals.

Limits liability of agritourism professionals for participant injuries or death resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities, unless the professional commits willful or wanton disregard, fails to disclose known dangerous conditions, or intentionally injures the participant.

Requires agritourism professionals to post warning signs at entrances and activity sites with letters at least one inch high, and to include warning notices in written contracts with participants.

Mandates annual registration with the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce at a cost of $50 per year; establishes special fund in State Treasury to receive registration fees with unexpended monies not lapsing into General Fund.

Extends the repeal date of these agritourism liability and registration provisions from July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2021.
