Reenacts Sections 73-67-1 through 73-67-37 of the Mississippi Professional Massage Therapy Act, establishing comprehensive licensing and regulatory requirements for massage therapists in Mississippi.

Extends the repeal date of the Mississippi Professional Massage Therapy Act from July 1, 2018, to July 1, 2021.

Establishes the State Board of Massage Therapy consisting of five members appointed by the Governor, with at least three massage therapists, one health professional, and one consumer representative.

Requires massage therapy licensure applicants to complete 600 hours of supervised instruction plus 100 hours of student clinic, pass board-approved examinations, and meet background check requirements.

Establishes professional standards for licensed massage therapists including hygiene requirements, client confidentiality, prohibition on sexual advances, and restrictions on advertising with specific license numbers.
