Repeals sections 9-21-21 through 9-21-41 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which collectively eliminate the Mississippi Judicial Advisory Study Committee and all provisions governing its operations.

Eliminates statutory requirements for the committee's membership, meeting procedures, quorum requirements, and annual reporting obligations.

Removes the Administrative Office of Courts' requirement to provide support to the study committee and eliminates authorization for the committee to employ personnel and receive appropriated funds.

Authorizes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to continue the Criminal Code Consulting Group and any other subcommittees of the Judicial Advisory Committee by order at his discretion.

Takes effect upon passage.
