Acknowledges the Fair Housing Act's prohibition of discrimination in housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or presence of children

Recognizes the Mississippi Association of Realtors as a partner in combating housing discrimination and supporting fair housing practices

Affirms that fair and affordable housing is vital to Mississippi's success and calls on government agencies, the Legislature, and industry leaders to promote fair housing practices and education

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to the Mississippi Association of Realtors and members of the Capitol Press Corps
