Mourns the death of Larry Grantham, who passed away on June 17, 2017, at age 78, and commends his athletic career and legacy.

Recognizes Grantham's college football career at Ole Miss (1957-1959) as a linebacker under Coach John Vaught, earning three letters and helping lead the Rebels to a 10-1 record and shared national championship in 1959.

Honors Grantham's professional football career with the New York Jets/Titans, including winning Super Bowl III on January 12, 1969, and being inducted into the Jets' Ring of Honor in 2011 as one of only 10 players.

Notes Grantham's inductions into the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame (1980) and Ole Miss Sports Hall of Fame (1995), along with his selection as a five-time AFL All-Star and 1971 Jets MVP.
