Mourns the death of Mr. Percy Alehman "Snakeman" King, who passed away on January 19, 2018, and expresses deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Commemorates King's career as a zookeeper at the Jackson Zoo (1970-2011) and independent petting zoo operator who entertained children throughout Mississippi with exotic animals.

Recognizes King's passion for animals that began in childhood, his talent as a violinist, and his service on the Jackson Zoo's Board of Directors.

Acknowledges King's community involvement including appearances at birthday parties, festivals, religious and civic group events, and annual exhibitions at the Mississippi State Fair.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to King's family and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
