Recognizes Second Lieutenant Colonel John White upon his retirement from the Mississippi Air National Guard on October 1, 2017, after 33 years of service.

Documents his military career including service as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the 172nd Intelligence Office (1992), commissioning as Second Lieutenant Colonel, and roles as Wing Intelligence Officer.

Highlights his post-9/11 deployment to the Pentagon to build the Crisis Action Team for the War on Terrorism, followed by assignments at Ramstein Air Base in Germany and combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan with over 22 missions.

Notes additional deployments to Bagram Air Base Afghanistan (2012) and Kandahar Air Base Afghanistan (2013) as Senior Intelligence Officer.
