House Resolution mourning the death of Mrs. Climentine "Climmie" Richardson Williams, who passed away on February 2, 2018, and commemorating her life and legacy.

Mrs. Williams was a 35-year educator at Gentry High School who taught typing, sponsored 4-H, and coached girls basketball, inspiring students to achieve their fullest potential.

Inducted into the Mississippi Valley State University Hall of Fame in 1992 and Gentry High School Hall of Fame in 2016 for her dedication to education and athletics.

Active member of numerous civic and educational organizations including the National Education Association, National Council of Negro Women, and The Regalettes Social and Civic Club, which she co-founded and participated in for 55 years.

Survived by daughters Katrina McDowell, Bridgett Collier, and Candace Stringfellow; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and sister State Representative Sara Richardson Thomas.
