Recognizes and honors Ms. Olivia Knight of Corinth, Mississippi for being crowned Miss Jr. Teen Mississippi 2017 after competing in the pageant and winning the fitness division.

Acknowledges her 350+ hours of community service and her "S.T.O.P. Bullying" platform, through which she has spoken to over 370 elementary and middle school children across Mississippi about bullying awareness.

Notes her personal experience with physical and verbal bullying in kindergarten through second grade, and her goal to have legislation passed holding bullies accountable if victims self-harm or commit suicide.

Commends her co-founding of the Corinth Crown Club service organization for high school girls with 14 charter members, her role on the Mayor's Youth Council, and her completion of Girl Scout Gold Award requirements.

Highlights her 100.35 GPA and work as a youth board member for the Tobacco Free Coalition for Alcorn and Tippah Counties.
