Celebrates Holland's novel "Black Panther: Who Is The Black Panther," which recounts the origin of T'Challa and provides context for the Marvel Studios film adaptation.

Acknowledges Holland's previous acclaimed works including "Black Men Built The Capitol" and "The Invisibles: The Untold Story of African American Slavery In The White House," which won the 2017 Silver Medal Award in U.S. History.
