Commends Mrs. Louise Collins Bell Bland on her 105th birthday celebrated on March 16, 2018, recognizing her life and legacy.

Notes Mrs. Bland was born March 16, 1913, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, to Richard and Lizzie Collins, and earned a beautician's license along with various religious education certificates.

Recognizes her 60+ year dedication to Antioch Baptist Church as a Sunday School teacher, choir member, and youth mentor, and her role as matriarch of a family with 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Highlights her extensive travels including to Israel, appearances on national television programs, and receipt of a key to the city of Hattiesburg, while noting she has lived through 27 Mississippi governorships and 18 U.S. presidencies.

Directs the House to furnish copies of the resolution to Mrs. Bland and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
