Increases the required period of active real estate salesperson experience from 12 months to 36 months immediately prior to applying for a broker's license.

Removes the alternative requirement that applicants without 12 months of salesperson experience complete 150 classroom hours of college-accredited real estate courses.

Maintains the existing requirement of 120 hours of real estate courses for all broker applicants.

Effective July 1, 2018.
