Establishes operational requirements for tanning facilities including sanitation standards, mandatory protective eyewear, accurate timing devices, temperature controls not exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and limits on exposure frequency and duration; exempts licensed physicians using phototherapy devices for medical treatment.
