Creates liability for property owners who prohibit concealed carry licensees from possessing firearms, making them assume "absolute custodial responsibility" for the licensee's safety and defense while on posted property.

Allows concealed carry license holders injured on gun-free zone property to sue for damages, bodily injury, death, economic loss, property damage, plus reasonable attorney fees and expert witness costs.

Establishes a two-year statute of limitations for lawsuits under this section, measured from the date the injury or loss occurred.

Requires gun-free zone postings to include notice citing this section and stating the licensee is under the property owner's custodial responsibility.

Exempts property owners from liability if posting is required by state or federal law, and does not apply to employer-owned vehicles used for business purposes.
