Amends Section 41-59-35 of Mississippi Code to authorize EMTs, EMT-Assistants, EMRs, and Paramedics to transport police dogs injured in the line of duty to veterinary clinics, hospital emergency departments, or similar facilities.

Transport of police dogs is permitted only when no persons requiring medical attention or transport are available at that time.

Defines "police dog" to include dogs owned or used by law enforcement departments or agencies, including search and rescue dogs, service dogs, accelerant detection canines, or other dogs in use by county, municipal, or state law enforcement agencies.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
