Amends Section 37-61-33 to allow education enhancement funds designated for classroom supplies (9.61% allocation) to be expended for federally funded teachers, removing the prior exclusion.

Classroom supplies funds continue to be distributed through procurement cards to eligible teachers for instructional materials, equipment, and computers in amounts determined by total state appropriation divided equally among qualifying personnel.

Funds must be used to supplement, not replace, other local and state funds and cannot be expended for administrative purposes.

Effective July 1, 2018.
