Exempts active, retired, or former law enforcement officers from the three-year consecutive soliciting bail agent licensing requirement before becoming a professional bail agent.

Allows law enforcement officers to obtain a professional bail agent license without the mandatory three-year experience period that normally applies to other applicants.
